At Ryfields Gym, Paul and Becky are on hand 7 days a week to help you map out, get started on, and progress along your fitness journey. Lots of people presume its about just getting beasted however, if we beast you, you'll end up quitting and that's just no good to anyone. We'll spend time helping you develop and guide you through all the steps you need to take to reach your goals. We have years of experience in helping a wide range of people with a variety of fitness goals. Whether you'd like to drop weight, develop lean muscles, prepare for a hobby race or simply just to feel better in your skin so you can enjoy family time, we have you covered. Exactly what you get will highly depend on your fitness goals, where you are right now and how long do you have to see the results you desire. Many Gym's charge £50+ an hour for Personal Training. Personal Training at Ryfields Gym is £150 for 5 sessions (£30 a session) and you can get started using the form on this page. |

I have never done any exercise. Is Personal training for me?
Most people who join us are new to exercise. We're here to ease you into it safely and comfortably so you learn to love it.
Many regular Gym users are pretty confident and can manage by themselves. Personal training is ideal for newbies. |
Do You do online PT
We don't offer any form of online training at Ryfields Gym. We tried it during Covid however we found we get much more from out clients in person.

Do I need to purchase any equipment?
Nope, maybe a towel, a water bottle and a fitness tracker if you don't already have one. But that's all you need. We've got an absolute stack of kit.

Should i get a bit fitter before I start?
Absolutely not.
We get this question so often we decided to add it here. It may have taken you days, weeks or months to pluck up the courage to visit this page. It may take you even longer again to pluck up the courage to get started and progress enough to get fitter. We literally spend our days helping people who are unfit and new to exercise, get started in the Gym. Let us help you too. |
